As a first time home buyer does it make sense to invest in BP Pro
So I am a first time home buyer. I'm looking to house hack a duplex in my local area (Appleton, WI) I don't have a home yet but I have just been pre approved and will begin searching soon, hoping to find and get into a place before March, 2022. I have just enough money for a down payment, closing costs and will have a decent emergency fund leftover.
My question is does it make sense to pay for the BP Pro now, or wait until I've got my own place? Can a first time home buyer use everything BP Pro has to offer right away? I'll have a bit more money that I can then use to invest in other properties; hence being able to utilize all the tools BP pro has to offer. I would like to get into buying more properties as quickly as my income will allow, I just don't know how fast that time line looks right now.
Thanks!
