Foreclosure Marketplace Question

I am looking to purchase a membership but wondering if the foreclosure listings is a separate membership or is it included with any of the other BP membership types? I am in Canada so a lot of the services I can not use (such as posting deals) since they are limited to the US, so I want to make sure I choose the right one that is most beneficial to me.
