Cannot find seller finance podcast
I have been searching like crazy and I feel like I am making things up now. Awhile ago I heard a podcast with someone who said they did almost every deal with owner finance and always gave the seller 3 options. First was a cash offer second was a partial finance offer and third was a full seller finance offer at their asking price. I know this was touched on briefly on the last podcast but that was what made me think of it. Now I have been searching and can't find that podcast and cannot remember who the guest was. Any help here??
