Please help with dealing with scamming property manager
Hello everyone,
I am a brand new landlord with first investment property but I ran into a challenge that I am not sure how to deal with my first contract. My tenant disappeared and broke their lease after the first six months of contract. I thought that was a little hiccup but then my property manager disappeared with all the deposits, keys and garage openers. I admit I should have done more homework on this Las Vegas Property Services/ Las Vegas Clean Master. The owner, Aaron Spears, told me that he had a license to manage properties which I found out that it is not true from the Real Estate Division. I called the realtor who drew the lease agreement for him and found more victims. I am not sure what I should do at this point as far as the tenant and this manager. I would appreciate any help. Thank you. I want to make sure he is not doing the same thing to other people as well.
