Biggerpockets and AI

Hi Boss,
I don't know whether you have think about it or no. But it's good if BP started to have its own AI LLM feature. I've used AI that uses Reditt for forum conservation and it's the best.

BP has the most very insightful information and tips how to handle residential real estate and rentals, rather than using the old ways of using search engine, it would be excellente when there's AI feature where I can ask something like this "what shall I do when my rental experience this and that happened,etc,etc".... use the LLM that could give input where person that has more like, could have more accurate answer. This feature would saving time for all of us and shorten the knowledge transfer.

We’re aware of stuff going on with generative AI. We had an internal beta program last year that was good but not perfect, it almost made it out of beta.

We’re waiting for the hype to die down a bit and a clearer strategy to emerge before dumping a ton more effort into this. Costs are also a bit high right now and it’s a substantial investment, likely $1000s per day to run at a scale that would be useful to the community.
