Contractor Referral for Santa Fe, NM

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for referrals for licensed general contractors in Santa Fe, NM for a re-hab of two small multi-family properties on a firm six month time-frame. I'm looking for quality work, good communication and minimum change orders.

Contractor would begin late July or early August 2020. I am interested in building a long-term relationship and this first project is a test case for future work.
