I recently acquired my first long-term investment property—a duplex in Rochester, MN. So far the investors in the area have been very kind to me, and I really believe in the future of the city! Anyways, I’m looking for recommendations for reliable handymen, contractors and sub contractors! I can do a lot of work myself, but I would love to unload everything I can and start to build up some go-to people in the area.
