Contractor in NW Indiana

Hello! @Michael Auz and I are looking for a reliable and experienced contractor who is available in NW Indiana (Specifically Highland, IN) 

We are considering a house that will need some kind of renovation. (add 3rd bedroom, finish basement, turn into duplex)

Our primary goal is to turn it into a duplex and close off the kitchen to create a separate entrance to the basement where we would also need to finish it into a separate apartment. Ideally we are looking for someone with experience turning a single family home into a duplex.
