Looking for a handyman/woman in Lakewood, OH

Hello! I am looking for a Jack/Jill-of-all-trades handyman/woman. I have a few duplexes in Lakewood, OH - and when they turn over, there's usually a whole bunch of little odds and ends that need to be completed. Examples include: patching/painting walls, replacing light fixtures, replacing bathroom vanity or faucet, caulking tub/shower, replacing a few windows, etc. Individually, the jobs are too small to hire someone, but it makes sense as a whole project.

Additionally, we have done a few flips and would love to have someone who could assist there as well.
