Hello! I'm looking for any referrals for contractors in Omaha, NE to rehab an investment property. This is my potentially first rehab, so any referrals would be great. If you have anyone that has done the following:

  • Painting
  • Carpet
  • Kitchen/Bathroom work (some tile work, replace kitchen countertop, install new appliances)
  • Exterior siding repair

I'd like to get bids very soon, any help is appreciated!
