Anyone make any suggestions for RELIABLE contractors in Southern Raleigh NC? I am looking for someone I can call on to handle a tenant request with customer service and quality at the top of the list. HVAC - ? Handyman - ? Plumber - ? General - ? Thanks in advance Shaun

Hey Shaun Palmer honestly you are going to get a mixed bag on this in my opinion. There is a zero percent chance I'm going to post up my good guys on a board with a bunch of investors. I would be saying good buy to them. I'll give you the guy I used 2 years ago that did ok, but I've found better. Best case start calling around and get a few guys lined up in each category. When the day comes you need service. Start calling them. If you looked at my text messages right now you would see 7 identical texts to painters in the area. I don't care who does the work, but I need it done ASAP. Everybody has different timing.
