Allen. It says you are a "wholesaler." So do you pick up houses and resell them wholesale? Of course, I'm looking for contacts in the area who wholesale properties.

Just holler at me if you would  like to speak with me. I am more on the builder side vs GC but it depends on the project. I just picked up one in Rob Roy that I couldn't turn down.

I currently have 5 new custom builds and 2 large remodels.

I am closing up two projects so with the right coordination it can go "smoothly"

If I decided to take the job it would be 100% transparent with cost plus at 30%.
