Need Contractor References in Philadelphia PA

Hello Fellow Investors,

I recently lost a long-term and dependable contractor to retirement.  While I have a number of contractors who I work with in the suburbs, they don't operate within the city limits of Philly.  Therefore, I am turning here for help.

I am looking for real estate contractors who rehab/remodel in Philly or if they are outside of Philly, willing to travel into the city for projects.

I would appreciate any and all references for contractors in Philly who are reputable and dependable.  I will test the references I receive.  Meaning, I will ask them to complete small to moderate jobs at my primary residence in order to determine organization, work ethic, etc.  If you know your reference(s) is not interested in taking on small jobs, please do not refer them.
