Had a bad experience recently with a contractor. Anyone have recommendations for a contractor they have had a positive experience with in the Indianapolis area?

    I saw the name Paul Flynn in an investor Facebook group, but I have not personally worked with him.  You would need to do your due diligence.

    Best bet would be to go to your local REIA and ask around. Some people (us included) keep our contractors close to the chest so it's easier to find banks and vendors (like carpet installation). But you're still likely to find someone good.
