Contractors in Cincinnati, OH you'd recommend or better yet WOULDN'T recommend?

My hubby & I have the opportunity to pick up a portfolio of 5 SFHs in Cincinnati (new market for us) & they all need some degree of work to make them rent ready and/or sellable.  What general contractors do you recommend in the area to reach out to for estimates & are there any you absolutely wouldn't recommend?  Thanks!
