Hello, brand new out of state investor here in search of a reliable general contractor or handyman in the Cleveland area (44109). I have a duplex that has multiple projects including electrical, plumbing, concrete, carpentry, gutters, etc. I am looking for someone that I can handle the plethora of topics and coordinate with the required specialty areas.
