Looking for Contractor East Metro Minnesota

Hey BP,

I have the funding to do around 6 or so rehabs per year. However, my construction company cant handle that bandwidth right now. Does anyone have a recommendation of a good contractor that can handle a couple extra rehabs per year ? My typical rehab costs 30-100 and takes around 4 months
