CAN anyone help?

I have found four properties that are being auctioned in a few weeks. I have already done all of my due diligence and they seem to be great deals! If I could get one or two that would be awsome. I wanted to know if there was anyone who could help me out with the funds.

I would need about 50k to purchase the property(properties). I know of a few investors that will be interested, that I can sell them to. I will only need the money for a short amount of time. I am not opposed to paying a little intrest even though I wont have the loan for long.....it's gotta be worth it for you to, right?
