Banks/CUs in northern Indiana that can refi a cash purchase?

Hi BP,

I am planning to purchase a SFH in the north part of Indiana with cash then refinance soon after purchase (within a couple months) at a preferable 80% LTV. I've searched forums for this question and found some outdated info so I wanted to ask again if anyone has current contacts in Indiana at small banks or credit unions that are be willing to do this. My partner is an assistant for the top loan officer at MJW Financial (mortgage broker/lender). I've talked to her about this in the past because I've been interested in doing something pretty similar as well. I can't remember exactly, but there were some time and LTV regulations as far as refinancing soon after purchase.
