Who has the best Lender rates?

I am looking at an off market condo at the Lake of the Ozarks, MO. Does anyone know a lender that can beat the traditional 20-25% down?

We just got a quote from Central Bank and they would go down to 15% DP. You could try some local Credit Unions too.
