Are there any commercial banks currently lending in NC?

I am looking to refinance my apartment complex in NC but unfortunately a couple of my bank contacts have been told to scale back lending due to the virus.  Just wanted to see if anyone knows of any commercial banks that are currently still lending with favorable terms & conditions in NC?
