Any tips for someone who's thinking of starting a career in Commercial Real Estate? What have been some successful/unsuccesful things you've done in your past and why is there so much turnover at Marcus & Millichap? Thanks!

@Jason Pabon I work on the lending side of commercial real estate and have learned a TON. The benefits of being on the lending side are that you see all asset types and get a strong feel for the markets. You learn the analysis from the perspective of extending credit so understand analysis backwards and front. Perhaps check out openings as an underwriter and go from there.
