Online Lending companies any good?
Are lenders like Lending Tree or Quicken Loans any good? Has anyone used them?
I always tend to do business with a brick and mortar establishment. I like the convenience and personable advantages of being able to walk in and talk to a live person. However, it seems some of these online companies have some pretty great rates.
I'm ready to shop mortgages and I want to apply to several establishments in a short period of time so that only one hit registers on my credit. So I'm trying to narrow down to 3 or 4.
Any opinions are appreciated. Thanks
