Albany Multifamily Lenders
Hello to all,
I'm looking to purchase an investment property in Albany or the surrounding area in the next few months.
We are looking to get prequalified for a loan that fits our criteria. We have set a price point of around $200K and ideally we are looking for an LTV of 90%, with or without rehab costs included. The loans will be made under our names since we don't have an LLC established.
I'm looking for any recommendations or lenders that you have worked with in the past with creative financing options.
