As a REALTOR® in Cleveland/Akron areas, late 2020/2021 has become a hotspot even more so this year than the previous years for investors.  From multiple offers, no showings until the offers submitted, no contingent offers, and agents sharing confidential information. This market has gotten out of control with no accountability or ethics.  SO.... How do we guide investors in buying, selling, and investing in the Cleveland Market when in some cases the rule book has been thrown out? What are your thoughts? What challenges have you had to overcome in 2021 to snag your first accepted contract? What are your thoughts on advising your clients in removing contingencies? What about lenders who are waiving appraisals? How far will you go and walk that line?
