New Brokerage In Naples, Florida

Hello all: I have been a BP member for several years. Most of that time, though licensed, my focus was on purchasing rentals. I made the decision recently to open a brokerage on my own and work on sales as well as property management. This is a big step for me because I feel like I truly lack enough experience. That being the case, it is motivation for me to work hard and make a success of the company. I am looking to network with other professionals in the area. Please DM me. I just signed a lease for a very small office one block off 5th Ave S in downtown Naples. I don't need a lot of space and have no agents yet (and not sure how many, if any, that I want). If I do decide to take on others, it would probably be agents experienced in property management, or someone that has ambitions to grow a company and possibly take part ownership in the future. i look forward to taking part on the forums and being a positive influence where possible. My new company is Wealth Realty And Property Management, Inc.
