Not sure if I should sell or rent
New to BP. I want to buy a house in a nicer neighborhood. I currently own a house in C- neighborhood where they still building homes. So I’m not sure if I should just sell this house or rent it. My current loan is $180k and the value is at $390k off of Opendoor. So I’m just not sure what I should do and hoping you guys can give me some advice on what I can do.

What will it rent for? Can you qualify for two mortgages? Have your mortgage broker run some numbers for you and see if you can get loan#2 while still having loan #1.
Do you want a rental? Would you buy this as a rental?
