Multi family property loan declined
Good afternoon my name is Francisco and I’m trying to get pre-approved for a multi family, 2 unit, using a conventional loan for 70k up in Rochester, Ny. When I had gave my information to quicken loan they had told me my income is great, credit check is excellent ex... But no bank would give a loan for a multi family property that’s less than 100k?If anyone has an answer for this that’ll be great.
