Real Estate Salesperson Exam Study Tips

Calling all California Real Estate Agents!!

What’s up! Hope everyone is well and healthy during these times. I passed my 3 real estate courses (I took Principles, Practice, and Legal Aspects) and just turned in my form in the mail to get an exam date and time. I’m super excited!

I bought a exam prep package with PrepAgent as I plan to really get down and dirty with studying.

Was hoping to get some advice and study tips, please!

Also I’ve heard from a few people that you don’t get tested on the elective course. Is that true?

Thanks everyone!

Also I will eventually need a broker so if anyone knows of anyone in the Bay Area looking for additional salespeople, let your boy know.

There are apps ( I think Champions has one) that are focused on the vocabulary/definitions. I studied this and new every word to a 'T'. They try to trick you on the test so really understanding the terms and concepts is key. Sometimes practice tests help you learn those particular or similar questions, but may not give you the understanding of the concepts.
