My name is Jeremy Garrett and I just began my Realtor career in the beginning of September! Woohoo! I am an aspiring real estate investor, too and have read several of Brandon Turner’s books. Since I have a passion for investing I thought it’d be great to focus on representing investors and people who think like me! Hey Jeremy, congrats on becoming an agent! I'm an investor specialist agent in the Fayetteville, NC area. My biggest pieces of advice that I could give you is to start investing yourself. The knowledge, insight, and empathy you will get from it will be priceless when working with investors. Also, never stop learning and networking. Real estate is a constantly evolving environment, the more you're on top of things and the more people you know, the better service you can provide. Finally, give back to the community. Start teaching others or even start hosting real estate meet ups. Whatever you put out into the community will come back tenfold. Hope this helps, feel free to reach out whenever!
