Getting access to MLS

Hi BiggerPockets community,

First, I hope everyone is doing well during these unprecedented times. I have a quick question is it possible for me to get MLS access if I have my Massachusetts real estate sales person license but I currently live in Colorado? I ask because my brother will be looking for his first property in the coming months (he lives in Massachusetts) and I think it'd be a great way to help him out.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please let me know.

Thanks,

Bobby

If you have your Massachusetts license, it is active with a broker, and you join the board.....yes, assuming you are allowed to have that license active living in another state.
Then again, the best help you could probably guve to your brother is to refer them to a local knowledgeable agent who works that area every day.
