Hello BP,

I'm sure there are a few newish wholesaling investors who want to learn more about what a development company is looking for.

I have a development company, financing and cash to deploy, and need help working through lead lists and cultivating big deals. (we just contracted a project that will be an over $4M build cost, and are looking to get even bigger)

Must be a self motivated problem solver. Licensed agent preferred.
