Is anyone a realtor and investor in or around Reading, Ma. My dad has acquired his parents home which is in poor shape. I am a realtor and investor, but I’m in Georgia so my market knowledge is limited. What is the norm for projected profit in the area. We do 20% of sale price in my market, but we are often working with $150k-$250k sale prices on the back end. It seems like in the higher price points you may have a set profit amount you want to reach.
