Hello! I will be become a licensed broker in October '18 and I am looking for a broker who is willing to sponsor a part-time candidate. I am looking to get sponsorship lined-up soon as possible because I have a deal I would like to close in November - shortly after becoming licensed. Over the next couple years I intend to develop a multi-family rental business in Chicago. Preferably the brokerage is located in the near North or West sides of Chicago. Thank you.
