Rental Property or House in Colorado Springs

I will be in Colorado Springs this weekend. Thinking about moving here and or buying rental property. SFR for my family (3+2 and master bathroom). Regarding Rentals, large duplex/Twin house or maybe up to 4 plex. For the house, school district is important as well as lot size and privacy.
