I'm looking to connect with an investor friendly buyer's agent active in Charlotte and Concord NC. I currently am seeking my first single family investment property and a personal home. My wife and I have recently moved back to the area after 15+ years away.
We don't have our criteria totally locked down yet so it will require some patience to work with us! Thanks in advance for your recommendations!

@Ryan S. Mike Chisholm is a local agent/investor with Allen Tate. I would recommend him. @Kirk Hanson is also a local realtor/investor I believe. You may want to give them a shout.
