Where to begin real estate career?

Hi all, hoping to begin realtor classes soon and still have some questions I haven't been able to get answered. I live right on the Missouri and Arkansas staye line, I plan on getting licenses for both states but I'm going to start with just one. Which should I pick and why? Any perks in choosing one state over the other?
