New Broker Questions

Hello Everyone!

I have a few rental properties that I have acquired over the last few years and am really enjoying this business. I have decided to switch careers and get my Brokers License. Very excited but nervous at the same time. I am half way through my licensing, but in the meantime, on top of getting advice from various connections in the local business, I am trying to find any ideas on reading / listening material and any kind of general knowledge I can gain along the way on how to succeed and learn the right way to start off in this business. My goal at first is to find a company to go with that offers the best training so I can start off the right way and learn all I need to learn. Commission is secondary to me right now.

My question to all of you, is there any reading or listening material you could suggest I look into in my research on how to succeed in this business? Any general advice or ideas are greatly appreciated.

Thank you all in advance!

Rocky
