Just passed my Sales Associate License Exam!! I'm in the St. Petersburg area.  I've interviewed a few Brokers in the area, and was wondering if anyone had any tips, advice, or suggestions.

Congrats!   I'm also an investor, but new agent in St. Pete.   I put my license with a broker I've known for many years.   We are a small office (total of 2).   Works for me, I'm only part time agent and part time landlord.   But Rob, the broker, had his license for 4 years with Keller Williams when he was new, and has never had anything other than great things to say about them.   Couple of KW offices in the area to choose from.   Go interview and see who you would work with as a mentor.
