New Investor Friendly RE Agent
I'm looking for a patient new investor friendlyreal estate agent in the Pasadena, CA area who can assist me in finding a property that will be my primary residence, but will also generate income (2 or more units on a parcel, or with potential to add more units). I work full-time so I need someone willing to do the leg work for me, and to locate properties and determine the zoning for potential re-development of the current structure. I will be using a 203k loan, so the person must also have knowledge of the requirements this loan type.
Does anyone have any referrals?
