License Hanging Dilemma
Hello,
I just recently passed my TN Real Estate License Exam and completing my New Affiliates Course as we speak. The next step after that is complete is to hang my license as I would like to get my Senior Real Estate Certification and Investor agent Certification.
However, I am a little bit of a dilemma. I am currently in the military and getting out in next few weeks. And my husband is getting his doctoral degree. For his fieldwork we have to travel out of state for 3 months. Then we will be back in TN for 7 months for his 2nd part of field work . I am not sure how this will look when I go to different brokerage firms to tell them of all the moving around. I was wondering if any of you know if this would be looked at negatively? The main reason I would like to hang my license as soon as possible is to work on getting the Senior Real Estate Certification and investor agent certification. Any advice or knowledge would be appreciated!
Thank you for your time.
