Philadelphia, PA - Real Estate Agent Basics

Morning BP,

As I near the end of the coursework to acquire my PA Real Estate Salesperson License, I am starting to think about with which broker I should seek employment. I am leaning towards one of the larger commercial brokers because of the training I believe they will be able to offer me. I would love any advice on this matter. Additionally, what are the fees like with a larger broker versus a smaller broker? Any tips for an agent starting out would be very very welcome too. I am in the Philadelphia area.

Thanks!

James
