PHILADELPHIA: Becoming a Real Estate agent?

Good evening BP,

I live in South Philadelphia and am very motivated to become a Real Estate agent in the city. I am wondering if any of the larger brokers cover the cost of the two 30 hour courses, in turn for associating with that particular Broker upon completion.

I finished the Fundamentals portion online at realestateexpress.com, but was held up on proceeding any further because of difficulty finding an acceptable way for the Fundamentals exam to be proctored. Given all of this, I would like to restart from the beginning, preferably in an actual classroom.

I am reaching out to all of you for feedback on what Brokers would be best to get me completed with the initial coursework, AND which offer good training for new agents.

I am very excited and anxious to start moving forward with a career in real estate, and am confident with the right guidance, benefits will be had by both me and whatever broker I choose.

Thanks for any and all help!

James
