Is a CIAS designated real estate agent more beneficial for investors?
I am looking to obtain a investor-friendly real estate agent for my investment properties. I invest in two cities with completely different markets. I already have an agent who also invests and is quite knowledgable, but I am looking for an agent in the other city.
I saw something here in BP about a "Certified Investor Agent Specialist" (CIAS) credential. There does not seem to be too many of those, so I was just wondering if others have had experience or could enlighten me on the value of a CIAS agent. Thanks!
