Does a Realtor Need To Provide Requested Documentation To Buyer Before Contracting?

Are Realtors required to provide requested documentation, such as receipts for recent repairs, to buyers before the property is under contract? I have an agent who is refusing to send receipts for repairs that have been recently done on the property until the property is under contract.

Thank you so much for your help!

Hi Chris.  I'm a RE Broker in Indiana.  It is not typical for an agent to supply these things to a buyer until the property is under contract. Same for leases and ledgers.  Those are not supplied until the offer has been accepted. Good luck :-)
