Passing the WA Real Estate Test

Huy Huynh
Posted

Hello,

I am scheduled to take the WA real estate exam next week and I have question on the state specific portion of the exam. I took a course with Rockwell and passed. However, when I took the state specific exam from the 2 textbooks below, the content is completely different. These tests go into the specifics of WA laws (WA administrative code, WA legislature, WA land development act of 1972, WA Human Right commission...). Should I expect these topics on the exam or should I stick with the Rockwell textbooks?
