Looking to tour Lakewood, OH area with experienced realtor

Hi there everyone, I’m a newer out of state investor looking for my second investment property. My wife and I visited the Lakewood area outside of Cleveland and really enjoyed the neighborhood, and now we’re looking for a small multi family for a long term rental investment.
