Question about Rental in Redding CA

Hello friends, Looking for a rental in Redding CA area which is safe and close to hospitals in Redding downtown area. What is current rent going on for 2 bed 2 bath small house? Not looking for an apartment. I know we have a shortage of homes everywhere. 

This is for a family member.

I'm from Rocklin CA and I'm a real estate broker.
