Hello, I am a Real Estate Investor looking to speak with an Agent

Hello I am a Real Estate Investor looking to speak with a real estate agent / property manager about investing in the Pigeon Forge/ Gatinlingburg area. We are interested in the STR market ( I am aware the market is very hot so was hoping to discuss some ideas with an agent on buying). We own a few long-term rentals in NYC and STR in Orlando so looking to expand into the TN market. I am not too familiar with the area so I'd like to discuss locations, occupancy rates, ADR etc( I have done my research on AirDna and online and we are ready to take the next step and start really looking to purchase.

Any advice or help would be great.

Thank you!
