Closing from wholesaler

Jacob Garcia
Posted

Hello, I'm looking to close on a property sourced from a wholesaler (numbers work and the wholesaler fee is reasonable). If the deal materializes, this will be the first time I close outside of the traditional agent-based model. I am looking for some guidance as far as how the closing looks like from this perspective. Should I be working with an agent to close? What are some details that I should keep in mind.

If someone could break down the process step by step I would very much appreciate it. Thank you all!
